How often should fuses be changed on jbj nano chillers? Where can I get new ones if needed? My chiller is making noises. Thanks

Fuses are not normally considered a wear part. They shouldn't need replacing unless they actually blow. A fuse is either good or bad, and there's no condition in between that would cause any noise that I'm familiar with. If your fuse does blow the cause should be investigated to prevent both repeated replacement and possible electrical hazards.

Its making a hissing noise and it isnt coooling the water enough. I have the thermostat set for 79 but my tank is staying steady at 82. So I'm guessing my thermostat is bad? How can I replace it?

Did it work before?

Did you add lighting or other heat sources? Move the lights closer to the water?

It could be that the radiator fins are clogged with dirt, as well. Take the cover off and vacuum them off.

It could also be that you need to recharge the refrigerant...

First things first. I'd say to check the fins...
