How to remove a single scratch from a glass tank

So I recently purchased a new 4x2x2 glass 120. The only flaw is a 2 in scratcg righy smack dab in the middle of the front pane. Don't know how I missed it but I did. Anyway, its enough for my nail to catch it when I run it across the glass.

Anything I can do about this? Should I be worried?

I know crappy picture but its the best I can do till sun up when I can turn off the lights

I have removed scratches that I can feel with my finger nail, forgot the polishing compound name
