goto the Hydros support at facebook to get accurate and complete support for anything Hydros. Very active group of peeps only focused on Hydros equipment.

The one thing I really like about Hydros is their ability to take customer feedback and implement software and firmware updates to improve the programming, etc. I also like that you don't have to go all in on an expensive system to start off.

I have a love hate relationship with apex but I'm so deep into the apex ecosystem that it would be cost and time prohibitive to change. Apex doesn't offer a diaphragm pump so I have to go hybrid now

My wave engine is connected to my apex. I made a DIY button box so I can control feed mode, change flow patterns, etc. I think hybrid works just fine.

We need to learn from the master. The way of the hybrid Apex/Hydros.

Btw, you can find the Hydros connectors on Amazon as GX12 (2 pin, 3 pin, etc) and use the corresponding cable (2-4 conductor AWG20-22) will work. To connect any Hydros controller with 0-10v I/O to apex, you'll need the Hydros/Apex cable, then you can program at will.

Did you get the final resolution on this? Was it 2 pin?
Not yet but I'm 99% sure it's just 12v in. I have to order a 24v->12v step down converter and more importantly I need to fix the cage around my water container. I built it out of 8020 to keep the container walls from bowing out too much. I underestimated how much 100g of water pressure is across that surface! It literally busted a metal corner connector.
