I stumbled on this when looking for skimmers by seaside Aquatica just the other day, is this true? Curious to know if anyone else heard about this at all?

Effecting immediately, Sea Side Aquatics, LLC will no longer warranty or guarantee Sea Side Aquatics and Bubble Magus products purchase from I Got Corals.

We have been alerted by many of our dealers regarding to their MAP price violation on Bubble Magus Curve 5, 7 and 9. We have contacted them numerous times regarding to this matter, however all were ignored.

The serial number on these unit has been recorded and all warranty will be refuse, again we will NOT WARRANTY product that purchase from I GOT CORALS located at 2437 E. Chapman Avenue.

We also will not warranty products without a receipt from a dealer within our distribution network. I Got Corals is no longer part of our network, buy at your own risk from them.

Please contact us with any questions or concern.

Thanks

Tom's a dick anyway. Bryan is a good guy trying to hook people up. But the "law" is the law. There's way better brands out there like Reef Octopus, AquaMaxx, etc. Would never buy a bubble magus or seaside for anything serious. **** them.

Confuse it's like that with any brand. Advertising below map will get you in trouble.

Just to let you all know I " Bryan " have nothing to do with this. There was conflict between Seaside and the current owner of IGC.. I can't comment on this matter any further.

I got ya. But in the interest of the consumer, somebody should speak out about this. It would really suck if somebody bought a skimmer from the store only to find out it's not covered by the warranty. Hopefully, the responsible party will stand up and make things clear as to not deceive anyone.

Seaside aquatic products are junk. Cheap materials used that are made in China.

Wow, manufacturer-retailer fight and the customer has to loose? Weak, on both their parts!

& only cheap stuff is made in China, but lots of it. High end anything is made in the west or Japan. My iphone is made in China, but only to save Aapl $5 per unit (which came out to $50 billion for the company, which they hid in ireland). But thats going to change soon.

Seaside sucks, we get that. But I still think somebody from the store should clear this up. I'd be pretty pissed if I bought a skimmer without a warranty because of some conflict between the retailer and the distributor. The consumer is the potential victim here.
