Look like aceol flatworms to me. I never had luck killing aceol flatworms with flatworm exit. A wrasse or 2 could help keep population at bay. But in all honesty I have these wildly in my refuge and as fare as I can tell they eat algae. So I don’t stress about aceol flatworms.
I have a six line, and I think he only picks it when is on rock. Yes my refuge has some on the algae too, no coral has any issue “yet”. Will keep monitor more days.
Look at that scratch. That scratch can’t be much thinker then a hair. That flatworm is only a 1/16” wide. Red planarias are more like 3/16” to 1/4” wide. The details are in the fine print son!

I have no way of knowing how big or small that scratch is. The OP did not say anything about how big the scratch is so your just guessing. The ones below the scratch definitely look like red planaria to me from both their color and shape.
Show some respect. I am not your son! I have kept some original saltwater fish and corals from over 10 years before you even joined this forum. If you disagree that is up to you. I respectfully disagree with your assessment and suggested an easy way to remove them. If they are planaria they will quickly detach from rocks and frags and dissolve in fresh water. Will the others do the same? I do not know.
