Iemas Christmas Party -Saturday December 15th 2012 (3 -10PM) at the Kirk Residence

When- Saturday December 15th 3 PM -10PM (Food served at 5ish)

Food – Potluck style, if interested in exchange for 5 free raffle tickets. Sign up before event (drinks, chips, cookies, etc.)
However the main course to be provided w/ membership renewal (Steaks and Chicken

COST: Open to everyone
$ 10 for renewal add $5 for a Club t shirt (old design) (only extra large left)
$15 for new members T-shirt (old design) included in sign-up (limited amount left and only extra large)
$5 for family/non-members for food, free if you bring something for the potluck
Also we have the new design shirt but they will be $15 each

Coral trading is highly encouraged (Cooler and cups) This is not a selling event. However, IEMAS will have a frag tank set up….
In keeping the theme we will still be doing the “white elephant swap” to all that would like to participate. Need not to be aquarium related—your junk is welcome (items you can't bear to throw away) But please wrap it so people don’t know what it is.

BYOB….After 6PM ONLY I would also like to remind everyone to be responsible if you are a drinker bring a driver or i will be calling one a cab.

Remember this is the end of a great year so bring money for new membership fees or renewal. Membership or renewal is not required but is preferred. The money collected helps bring better prize to the monthly meetings. There will be a general raffle open to everyone and also members only raffle to iemas members. There will be GREAT raffle items including gift certificates, equipment, and coral from the following generous vendors:




Raffle items will be posted when available with two raffle time at 4:30 and 8:30 and raffle tickets will be $1 each

Also Donations are always welcome

What the ef, now I'm kicking my self in the butt for not going. His last setup (I saw) was crazy. 3 bins out side with our door frag tanks. A 100 gal drum under ground for a water storage and temp control and the sump that was like 8 feet long.

prop tank is down but the underground stoage is 400 gallons now. hahahahahahaha open sump to the elements
