normally just over 100 reefers online at any given time during the day and only 9?
Come on fellow reefers. Whats wrong? scared of a little competition?
It's not about the $25. It's about having fun with this contest and bragging rights. besides i'm sure the frag is going to be more then worth the $25 entry fee.
I hand dose my tanks. I don't have anything fancy just a basic budget system. yet i'm ready for the challenge...

this is not an offical list but i looked and added up the names of people who posted they wanted in or paid. i tryied to only add people who posted something that sounded like the wanted in for real. i have no idea who paid out of these people though.

if we get like 15 people, 15x25= $375 to find a nice colony to frag up. it should be a good coral at that price. if we get 20 it would be $500 for a super bad *** coral. just think of what we could get! and the frag should not be a 1/2 inch frag at that price. they should be super nice sized. what happens to the spoils of the fragging?

do you think you can find a few options of the coral to be used post a pic and then the players vote?

A lot of you guys are losing site of the competition. Remember the entry fee is to buy you into the competition and not for the frag. A lot of people are wanting high end frags and that is not the purpose. The purpose is to see who can grow that frag the best and earn a shot at the prize and bragging rights...

With that said, Im going to try my best to find a nice coral for you guys.

Only a small portion of the buy-in is going toward the colony...the rest of the money is going toward the prize!

sounds like a vote is needed on how the entry of $25 should work. I think its best to get a good piece and being grown adults here be happy with bragging rights and maybe a kick back of your money back. That way the frag was FREE for the winner.

We can also do that..but I feel that the people will not be as competitive without a prize in sight...
