Time to introduce myself. I have been a member for about 3 weeks but was waiting to figure out how to post pics.
Hello
My name is Matt
I live in Yucaipa.
Tank info:
Tank- 150 Gal Glass Rimmed
Lights- Evergrow 165 W X 3
Sump- 40 gal with refugium
Chiller- JBJ Arctica DBM-250
ATO- JBJ with 20 gal tank
I currently have a JBJ 24 gal nano with some soft corals, Clown Fish, Coral Beauty, and 6 Line Wrasse. It has an Ecotech Radion XR15W Pro and Vortech MP10W. The fish and coral will be moving into their new penthouse once the tank cycles. The Radion will be moving to be my sump lighting.
I started about 14 years ago with a 150 Gal tank that I got from a couple that was remodeling their house, and the tank didn't fit their remodel. I had to downsize to the 24 gal tank due to moving a lot for a bit, and 24 gal is a lot easier to move. Now that I am settled, I want to step my game back up.
Here are some pics of my build/set-up and tank cycling. The rock scape is not finished, just put it in the tank to get the cycle going. Will be working on changing up the rock scape later.
I also need to give a ton of credit and thanks to BigPaul for his help. Lots of time driving around getting supplies and help with technical knowledge.
