what is a good sand for reef tank .....?......reason is the i want to add more sand to my tank since my pumps blow my sand around my tank ...is sucks.!

I used Fiji pink and my mp60 blew it all over. I had to get some special grade and cover the center of the tank with it to slow down the blowing. The 60 still moves the special grade around a little. If I did it again I would use special grade

He mean buy them dry, don't waste money on live one.

Adding to tank with dry is best than live.

The Live sand and dry are the same size
But you have to rinse the dry a lot and
It still clouds for a long time and leaves residue on everything.

FL Crushed Coral - 3-5.5mm
Special Grade - 1-2mm
Fiji Pink - 0.5-1.5mm
Bahamas Oolite 0.25-1mm
