is this bristle worm bad?

hey guys just got home from a party and went straight to look at my tank. and found this worm! bristle worm to be exact. some say they're good and some say they're bad ( fire bristle worm to be exact ) but to my knowledge is this worm BAD? its right next to my sunset milli and dont want it to die!

its right under the glued area. its brownish with white fuzzy legs

Looks to be a harmless, garden variety bristle worm... If it's really bugging you, siphon it out and relocate it to another location in the tank or your sump.

just leave it u will be fine. I have a couple that come out at night. Never harmed anything.
