I'll include a crude drawing but this is the space I have to work with and I'd like to fill it up as much as possible. Tank panels front and back would be 7'x6.5'. Side panels 6.5' x 2'. Bottom and top 7' x 2'. I haven't seen panels available online so I guess it'd be a custom job. Overflows would be external and protrude through the garage wall and drain down into the satellite sump. The returns would plumb directly though the wall with check valves if those are reliable enough and strong enough to make sure tank pressure doesn't overcome return pump pressure. About 650 gals I think.
Is the panel too long and tall to take the pressure? 1" thick acrylic. Would it need a dead center middle brace front to back in the middle of the tank 3.5 feet from the side and 3' up from bottom.
