Is this some kind of disease??

Well, I've just been back home after 10 days away from my tank. I found that my toadstool is not opening like it always does, and there are a bunch of green algae like stuffs on it which I haven't seen before. Also on my trumpets, there are yellow sponge-like stuffs covering the coral.
Have anyone has this problem before and please show me how to get rid of it + save my corals.

the leather looks like a algae... but give it another week... sometimes leathers do that...



the trumpets... well... that yellow stuff killed off a 100+ colony of nuclear greens...

Did you check your parameter (Cal, Alk)?
