its a very easy solution. once your parameters are balanced you have to dose mainly
calcium and alkalinity in even portions daily. Magnesium on the other hand, can be dosed once a week thus you do not need a doser for magnesium.

For Example
Daily: 50ML Cal & Alk
Weekly: 50ML Mag

hope this helps =]

Magnesium, my dose is 3ml per day. Could be done by hand twice a week, but I use my bubble magus 3 part doser.

equal doses is the easy way which definatly works however if you want to fine tune your system more then you would use the bailing method meaning you only dose what the tank consumes , thru testing you will see that the tank does not consume alk and calcium at balanced levels.

Agree with Turbo. My alk would be above 11dkh if I did both my alk solution and calcium chloride solution at 205ml. Calcium stays at 410-420 range.

Magnesium and alk go salifert. For calcium I like the elos and salifert but prefer elos. Phosphate the green checker cross checked by any other phosphate test in my case I use the elos and salifert when I'm paranoid.
