Thanks everyone yup I'm using nova.. Was worried about spread on a 30 in tank. But it's great! Thank god! One less thing.. lol I'm gonna test today and maybe bite the bullet tonight or tomorrow... I'm skerrrdddd!! Lol

What ponies do you plan to get and anything else beside them? I'm about to do the same with my 50gal tall. I've been running it for a year with lots of fish,etc. I've been moving everything not seahorse compatible(http://www.seahorse.org/library/articles/tankmates/tankmates.shtml) over to my new tank for now. I've read the ponies prefer lower temps too. Previously I had two ponies and some pipe fish. They did well until I did some maintenance and they got sucked into my pump and the other into my skimmer.

Oh dang.. Sorry to hear that I have a mates pair of Reidi that I have kept for 2 yrs in this 8 g nano

They aren't gonna know what to do with themselves with all the extra room they'll have! lol prob be 2 weeks before they find each other again
Hopefully feeding won't be a hassle now w the bigger tank. Want to add a few dragonface pipes maybe, and a goby pair. Prob another orange linkia and a couple pepp shrimp maybe. Can't wait!

Fianc saw me reading this, now she wants to dump the 20G planted freshwater and go seahorse and macro NOW not later as planned.... LOL... Good looking tank. Our Maine coon makes it an adventure anytime I do anything with my 125.

thanks Jesse.. no It's an Asian Leopard Cat.. or really an F2 Bengal.. he's hysterical, very wild and loves to swim! opens cabinets, turns on faucets.. way too smart for his own good! lol

did you go to a breeder? Or where did you get him is the real question... beautiful cat.

No.. Amazingly .. He found me! Came slinking into my garage and made himself at home.. Took him to get checked for chip and evaluated and the while office begged me to give him to them if I decided against keeping him. Have done some breed research, and seems we got really lucky .. lol well, most of the time ( he's a handful! lol )
