JBJ 1/3hp chiller. Can't calibrate temperature

Hi all. I'm having a little problem with my chiller. When i go to calibrate it, it will not let me get to the correct temp. Example, my tank is 85 degrees and when i try to set the temp on the chiller to match it, it will not go up. Going down is fine. Max i can set it is 80. Here's the kicker, I tried to recal and it wouldn't go pass 75 the next time. Could it be my temp probe? Anyone had this issue before?

UPDATE: My chiller is fine. Pump is broken. Whewww, thank god..

Are the numbers blinking when youre trying to calibrate?

I have had the issue. With my 1/4 it's a temp probe. If it's under 2 years old they replace it for free call em up!
