This morning, I found out the 10 gallons tank where I have been keeping 2 clownfish and few corals got leaking near the top. Now the water I have left in the tank is about 2/3. Is it okay for me to use Dr. Tim bacterias in the new tank and transfer everything over?

Nice leathers. Does that anemone ever sting the stuff around it
Which one? The rainbow one on the rock or the rock anemone flower on the sand bed? The rock flower one doesn't sting anything. My tail spot blenny sleeps inside it everynight. The rainbow nem does and killed my zoa colonies. Lol

If you introduce the peppermints into your tank the wrong way they probably won't do their duty. When I got my last pair of shrimp i was adviced to feed the tank heavily prior to adding shrimps, then don't feed for 2-3 days. They'll get hungry and go for the aiptasias when there's nothing else! After that it won't matter, they'll eat when you feed nd still eat aiptasias. I've been 100% aiptasia free in my tank

I put 5 of them into the chambers in the back where had all aiptasias. After a month, I didn't see any aiptasia anymore, so I moved them to main tank and they stopped killing aiptasias. Lol

Interesting.... First time I tried the above mentioned, worked like a charm!! Those peppermints are still currently in my display, "0" aiptasias since. Not to mention they haven't bothered any of my coral, guess I got lucky!!

Yeah I know. I got frustrated, so I took it down. I will be more careful next time when introducing anything to the tank, lol
