JBJ 65 AIO Return Elbows

I recently purchased a JBJ 65 flat panel second hand. It's missing one of the return elbows. There should be two, one for each pump to connect to the flat return nozzles. I contacted JBJ and they sent me the flat return nozzles. UGH.

Is there any other option than complaining to the JBJ rep? *I've already tried Home Depot and Lowe's*
