Update time. After the aefw dips my tank got dirty and I lost interest. After a month and a half I had to end the aefw treatments because some of my favorite pieces were doing bad. They are back in the tank and doing good, but I'm still paranoid about having aefw.
I've been quarantining all the fish and I was down to just four, so I've been stocking up. Pics to come when fish arrive
Today though I got some ora maxima clams from saltwaterfish.com. I received two 1st grade blue and one purple just like I asked. They are tiny at 1 1/2" but I'm happy.

Took out some rocks for an even more open scape and added a structure on the left for the clams. I'm getting into clams again. I had to put the acros in after a month and a half of dipping, I for sure got all the aefw off the coral but I'm not 100% sure that what was in the tank died. If they end up coming back I'll just stick with the clams and softies and let the tank go acro-less for awhile.

Thanks. I wish it still looked that way lol. It looked bad for awhile and the clams died, sps bleached, polyps disappearing etc. Recently I got the kessils hooked up to the apex and hope to tune the lights and lil. I believe my sps were bleached and polyps were tiny and dying because I had the lights cranked up at 100%. I also think the clams were dying because I had the wrong spectrum, too blue. I've noticed my blue clams do better with more whites and had a brown squamosa that was doing good with the blues die when I switched it up to more white.
Anyways there's a fish in the bag. I've been feeding a lot lately so my sand is filthy brown with algae and diatoms. I'll be doing a water change today. I'll try to post a video or pics tomorrow
