it works great. I probably get 2100gph out of a mj1200. good flow, anti reverse flow. it comes with the housing and prop... just remove the old impellar and housing and you slap this thing on. I am gonna post pics tonight, but late. i do not get off untill 10pm. but well worth it. i have two kits i built myself. they are ok. but this thing is great

I bought one and it works for the 900 and 1200. So easy to hook up. Took me a total of 1 minute to assemble and place it in the tank. The Maxijet mod from mjmods took me 30 minutes to assemble. The mjmod still have a tad bit more flow though.

They make quite a difference in flow, however i do have to warn that on the few i wave tested, there has been a high percentage of breakage in a short period on the linkage between the propellor and the shaft.

HUGE improvements in flow, the ECOMOD works on all maxijets, but be prepared to superglue.

P.S. AW in clairemont has them for 19.99

Can't wait to see some pix. I am actually interested in seeing feedback for the the Algae Free SureFlow mod kits b/c it has a swivel mount.

when i show my "boss" the amount it would cost to buy the real deal vs. DIY she just sighs and says whatever. i just modded my mj1200 with the rotating wavemaker things, can't think of there names, but they work great, random water flow, all that good stuff.
