Hello friends,

to celebrate my tank hitting it’s one year mark I cut my first zoa frags

i have

jf burning blossom
Sonic flare
Lc warp speed
Rasta
Bam bam

They’re not the nicest frags ever but the corals are happy and open.

Available in Santa Ana, call your own fair price

This is a discussion forum, you should probably post this in the marketplace (and the rules require a posted price, not “make me an offer”)

Anyway, congrats on the 1yr mark! That’s exciting, cutting your first frags is always nerve-wracking but soon you’ll be chopping em up like it’s nothing  GLWS

Hard to say without pictures, depends on number of polyps, size, color, health, growth rate, hardiness, etc. There’s lots of look-a-like corals, so if you’re selling a high end piece with a vendor’s name some people will probably want some proof of lineage.

I’m more inclined to trade frags or give them away for cheap rather than try and make a huge profit but that’s because it’s a hobby for me and I enjoy helping out other reefers / banking corals. It also depends on how quickly you want to sell the frags and free up space.

None of those zoas you have are crazy high end collector pieces, so depending on polyps and color I’d sell the smaller more common frags for $10 and the larger more colorful ones for $20-30. Hope this helps!
