Just got a really cool call

As I'm walking out on my first break of the day my girlfriend calls me cry. My three year old daughter thought she would feed the coral while Mom was out of the room and dumped a full jar of reef roids into my 32 biocube. Idk what my game plan is or if it's going to do any damage till I get home at 6 and can start doing water changes.

What should my game plan be with this awesome new food for thought for my day?

Oh wow that sucks. I'm waiting for my toddler to do something similar.

I'd do a 50% water change when you get home, but make sure to match the parameters including salinity and temp.

Check the nitrates and phosphates before and after.

14 gallon water change two huge bags of carbon 2 changes of filter wool and a dose of clarity this is where it's at now going to do 10 gallons more tomorrow and try to syphon out the rear chamber better tomorrow.
