Killed Electric Oompa Loompa

I have (had) a single polyp Electric Oompa Loompa with a little baby popping out. Had my hand in the tank to pick up a frag from sand yesterday and I ended up rubbing my had on this frag. Now the polyp wont open. It did open after the incident half way but since this morning its completely closed. Baby polyp is barely opened as well.

I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions on how to save this frag. For now, I am just leaving it alone and not changing anything. What are the chances it'll survive? Sorry about the blurry pics, that's the best my phone can do.

That's the plan for now. I was wondering if I should turn off whites for a day or two and just leave my blues and other lights on. Or you think changing light schedule will stress it further?

From the pic it doesn't look like you damaged it badly. Like Matt says, leave it alone. I wouldn't change lighting either, it should be fine.
