Would this driver work too run some leds I got two for free at work

The output is not voltage regulated so its not really going to do much for you. It's 12 volts if you wanted you could do like 5 strings of 4 leds but they will be running at lower then 700 ma and not dimmable. That is more or less just a 12v power supply that was meant to be plugged into a led driver.
