Both are cheaper Chinese builds. The metal cases are not powder coated so they will rust, salt creep will get into the electronics because the housing isn't tight causing lost of longevity and most important, THEY ARE NOT GROUNDED AND WILL SEND 120v UP YOUR ARM. If your hand happens to be in the tank at the time will kill your fish and maybe your coral and probably send you to the hospital. the grounding plugs on these are false. after my euphorica shocked the hell out of me, within 10 min of getting it new! I took apart the plug to see if I had damaged goods and its just a piece of metal in the plastic, no grounding wire running to the unit! I looked it up and they are not CE certified for aquarium use.
Go with a ReefBreeder system instead: http://reefbreeders.com/ They are US made in CT, are CE certified for aquariums, are made with the highest output Bridgelux LED, and are about the same price.
