LED help...

Im having problems with my ECORAY 72DX, the problem started last night when my blues shut off when they werent suppose to. I thought it was the timer so i unplugged it to another jack and they turned on but quickly shut off. the fans continue to run but no light, i removed the housing and the light is actually on but very very dim. I thought the lights could be bad but the whites work perfect. the housing inside had a bit of salt creep i cleaned it off and disconnected it for the rest of the day, will connect later today when i get off work. I contacted ECORAY and waiting for a responce but seeing if any of you guys have had a similar problem.

I'd bet it's a bad driver Not that big of a deal.

Well it can be a big deal, as I believe ecoray drivers are built in to the fixture/board. Not like an AC adapter you can swap out. But good chance it is the driver. If you can get it warrantied by ecoray then don't tinker with it and better to wait.

In case EcoRay gives me the run around, becasue i dont have my original reciept, is there someone local that sell these parts or that can fix it. excuse my newbness. I just jumped to LED's.

They may give you the run around on the warranty but they should be able to provide a quote for repair. Unless you are friends with an electrical engineer it probably won't be worth trying to fix it outside of ecoray.
