As long as u communicate with me then everything is fine, however our communication is lack off. I pay by PayPal because our distance is far apart. But Paypal is a safe way for both of us therefore there is no need to hold the pump for 7 days to ship

to make the long story short, I sent him paypal but he wants me to wait for 7 days until the fund clear to his bank for him to send the pump so I say cancel the traction and refund the money. It's no big deal but we are lack of communication which cause the issue. I'm still waiting patiently for him to send the fund back but it hasn't happened yet.

No i pay with good and service. He pm me and say that he will try to refund but nothing happened yet. By tomorrow paypal will jump in anyway, so I'm not worry. Just kind of tick off that i have to tie my fund into this mess.

Check your grammar...maybe he is having a hard time trying to understand your english thus no response?

Anyhow, you said Paypal will intervene today so I suggest you follow up with them as oppose to reaching out to the seller in a public forum. I hope you get your funds back asap!

Not taking sides, but paypal is very easy. And from my experiences its instant, even through friends and family. I send and receive through paypal all the time and it's same day. That's why people use paypal because it's simple, instant, safe. If paypal was complicated people wouldn't use it, only paypal users make it complicated....again not directing blame to one particular side.
