LF: 40B w/Stand or similar size setup

I need a 40 breeder or similar size tank with stand, nothing fancy. Can be AIO or Simple tank. Just need to move some things for a month or two. 25g to 40g range. Doesn’t matter if there are scratches or not as long as it doesn’t leak. Prefer someone close to the valley (SFV). $100 or less would be ideal.
