that sponge rock is looking really cool! this is already such a great tank
Thanks - that piece of rock is prb 8+ years old. It came from one of my other tanks, filled with zoas I made for my wife. I came home one day and caught the hippo tang devouring it like a buffet!$$@. Anyway, I shoved what’s left of it in the frag tank and orange sponge grew with some zoas making a comeback. My (all time fav) Nuclear Green is now growing, got 7 polyps - woot woot!

I do need to start a build thread since this tank is getting a lot of attention and life! Besides, the tank is starting to house expensive livestock so I do need to protect it. Originally I just want a macro tank but I’m enjoying the zoas garden and got the Boss’ approval vs my other monster tanks! lol

Those nuclear greens make me twitch! I just offloaded the rest of mine. I still have a Pandora problem, but I think the nuclear greens are the main palytoxin culprit. Careful when handling them!

Nuclear Green: somehow, mine arent big palys, they are very small so not sure if they are called “nuclear green?”. I always wear gloves handling zoas and outside of gluing, I cut them underwater.

I hate Pandoras and the box that came with it! I have one small island of it and might even toss it!$$&
