I am in Commerce and the nearest LFS that I go is Bell Bird Farm. Dirt cheap prices. 2 weeks ago I went in and he had a tank full of those "rainbow nems" that people are selling for $350 and up. He sold one to me for $30. Diamond goby $8. And 2 anthias for $10. For both. I love that place.

Also Purple Tangs for $60, and Asfur Angels for $59. Buy more and ask them for a discount. Its a super small shop though.

shut up james... jeez...

also pet town in downey... they recently started having deals on fish... very healthy stuff too... like firefish for 5 bucks, nice blue jaw triggerfish for 30 bucks... great deals...

too bad eric left to live in vegas... he lived on firestone and would have sick hook ups on fish and corals... that was the spot... LOL... cheaper than wholesale...

7804 e. Florence ave (562) 927-2414 Corner of Rives and Florence. Jack the owner is great. Dan is also extremely knowlegable . Starting to carry some sps mostly fish and lps. I have been going there for years. family owned and great.

yeah, jack is the shizznit... i buy meal worms right there 100 for a buck... you can't beat that...

i have been going there for over 10 years... i remember buying a snake there in middle school... can't remember exactly when, but it was years ago...

Ya went to both those spots, and the peeps at both stores where equally as friendly. I would have to say BBF has a bit more stuff, neither had much in SPS. But ill be purchasing from both places. Gumbii I didn't get to see your bird. What kind is it?
