It took me a year of looking but found a NEW Blue Wave 7 dual 250 watt HQI ballast then the reef goddess allowed me to then find NEW 400 watt ICE CAP HQI ballast...happy camper!

Not as bad as it looks Darts with Baldor 145 watts, Barracuda 250 watts * One Dart goes off at night on a rotation bases. Lighting is also timed and rotated along with natural lighting DAWN/DUSK but I would think PG&E close to $80.00/$100.00 for everything.
