Live rock cycling question

I ran out of saltwater and I want to do a water change on my bucket. Is it okay if I fill it up with my RIO water ?

Are you wanted to pull out some saltwater from the bucket and replace it with RODI water only?

If you don't keep the salinity constant it won't cycle your rock.
