No, doesn’t look like they have a sump going or who knows what other equipment without inquiring. But for the money and getting your feet wet to see how committed you are. If you can make this work for a year you’d be off to a good start. Then transfer the goods from this to whatever your next step would be or if not as into as you think or thought. You’d certainly get some money back on resale of what I see in picture.
