Yeah come to IEMAS. It's an unwritten rule that new ppl walk away with a gang of raffle prizes. Lol. At least when I first went I won 3 frags, IO brine shrimp gelatin, and Seachem additives. It was an epic night for sure. Make sure to introduce yourself there before you ask for anything! Carpool with Chris!

Pancakes and **** talking! All night long.

Yay! I can't wait for my epic night on friday! Lol!!!

You guys are so mean. I know I'll probably get **** from someone (Gumbii) for this but some of us have never been on any type of forum before we joined scr in our lives & don't know how these kind of things work. It took me quite a while to start really figuring things out on here & learn how to navigate the forum & now look at me... I'M ADDICTED!!! I didn't even know what a Welcome may was much less where to find it or how to start a thread anywhere! I somehow found a thread for IE fraggers (which I think was started by Al) & it got my attention because it was directed towards the IE... I started reading the posts & all the people talking about coral frags got me excited & I introduced myself & somehow asked if anyone had any frags they could help me out with for free or cheap. I was a total newb, too, & just wanted something to give my tank some color & life
(other than the fish) but didn't know the first thing about corals. Through that though, I met 3 of the nicest reefers you could meet &2 of them have posted on this thread (Al & Chris). I think I've turned out to be a pretty cool reefer & scr member & I'm so glad you guys weren't mean to me like this because I probably never would have logged into scr again after that & I would have missed out on one of the best parts about reefing in socali!
Welcome Jim! You're a good sport & didn't take anything personally & let it bother you & you were very polite. Hope to meet you at IEMAS on Friday!
