Looking for someone to fix my Giesemann T5+ (91007)

I have a 24" Giesemann Infiniti 150 watt metal halide and four 24 watt T5s. All T5s stopped working and there are no obvious reasons. There is also a DIY moonlight thing that was added but no longer works. The unit looks like it is in great condition in and out. One of the T5 power plugs was replaced, I forget why.

So I need someone to assist with fixing it all.

Anyone know anyone?

RePlace the ballast should do the trick. There really isn't much to tv other the some connectors, ballast, and power switch.
