I like to chime in on these topics. for your 30gallon you can buy the ebay $84 120watt full spectrum LED with 120 degree optics and do just fine. how do I know because I have that over a frag tank and its just fine. they are dimmable too. now if you want programmable LED then I would say Reefbreeders is good because I am running th 32 inch programmable over my display tank for over 2 years with great results. love it and would say its the best upgrade I have done. I always get ticked off by people upselling equipment because its LED. LED is not new its just a new way of using them for coral. the $400 to $700 units people seem to talk about so much don't do any better them my $82 Chinese import light on my frag tank. although when you get into trick stuff like programmable lights then that's where the dollars add up fast. my 32inch reefbreeders light will light a 48inch tank easy and only need to have 1. but again this light is programmable and is $450 but buy the "other" brands for the same tank and you would be over $1,000. I don't say this because I support Chinese imports, I just say this because other companies are doing the American thing and price gouging and that makes me mad.

Those lights are legit, I've been running one since March, only problem was I was dumb and turned it up too bright.
