I recently had my LED lights die out on me. I had the Nova LED lights (White, Red, Blue/Moon)Nova no longer is supplied in socal.

I'm looking for a replacement. So I'm wondering if I wanna do straight up LED only lights on my reef tank what I should get. I have a 120gal 4foot tank. I have all types of coral (SPS, LPS, Leathers everything) I am new to hobby so I'll believe almost anything. Because I'll believe anything I figure I'd get other peoples opinions all at once and make my decision then. Please list what LED brands you like Pros and Cons what type of tank you have and why you like your LED set up.

-thanks again

sounds like you need an emergency LED set up. My suggestion is Fish Collection in yorba linda... he just got in a new generation of 2w LED panels... 1 to 1 (blue/white) ratio.. 90 LEDs for a total of 180 watts... i think its $450 per, you should call the store.. best part is the 2 year warranty!.. owner is Jimmy, he's owned the store for over 20 years.. the LED panels is from his own company and he'll take care of you instore and on the spot...

I have the 1 watt leds.. my panel is 120 watts and its been the best investment I've ever made... from 6 inches away from my panel, the PAR was 1500..

Go with the brand name LEDs, incase you have problem they can help you or replace the new. Like AI, SFILIGOI, Vertex, Pacific Sun (they are using 3w Cree LEDs). Let me know if you need the SFILIGOI or VERTEX I can hook you up.
Let me have some contact info. cause i think i'm gonna have to burn my bridge with this retailer here in Orange. He isnt doing what i am asking and is dragging his feet.

+1 99% of the tanks on this store are on LED's and he is growing a crazy nice collection of all types of corals including high end SPS. You should check it out, he's off the 91 and Yorba Linda.
