I think the best way to reattach shrooms is to get a clear plastic cup and put some small rubble rocks in it then add the shroom and put in a corner with low/moderate flow. I've tried cutting the height of the cup to make sure the shroom has a decent amount of flow but sometimes they tend to fly away due to higher flow. I would first try not cutting the cup for now until it reattaches. Then maybe about a month later, instead of just cleaning the cup during maintenance, you can try replacing it with a shorter cup. Pay close attention to see if the flow is bothering the shroom. If the skirt is being lifted and there's a lot of movement around then go back to the higher cup for another month or so. Most of my detached shrooms are sitting in a cup I cut about half way or full cup. The others that have firmly attached to the rubble, I would use an even shorter cup. From there, glue the rubble onto a ceramic disk or display rock. Try not to use rubble rocks that have sharp edges to them. Two Little Fishes has a product called "Reborn", those are really good for reattaching shrooms because the edges are rounded and smooth. The bottom side of the shroom is sensitive, especially when it's detached. If you don't feel comfortable using a cup, a better option is to get a shroom box and use it by closing the top lid to reduce flow.
I'm not sure where you keep your par but, either way, I would make sure the shroom is not under direct light. Try scooting them to a corner somewhere for now just to keep things in gentle order. At the same time, make sure they get a decent amount of light. When the light is too low, they're not going to be able to recover as quickly as they would otherwise.
Lastly, try not to move them too many times. For example, don't move them around 3 or 4 times within a week. You want to try to find a really good spot on your first attempt. If the shroom is moving around a lot in the cup then you would have to find another spot. Once you find a spot they like, try not to move them again. Good luck,
