lps soft coral lighting

I have a 150g 5x2x2 and would like to keep a carpet of mixed zoanthid sprinkled with a few other corals (no sps) like frogspawn, hammer, bubble, candy cane, brain, elegance, and pulsing xenia. Question would 6 x 54w 5ft t5's be enough

You should be fine with that. Just make sure the lps is under the bulbs. Keep in mind that if you are just starting out you may decide later that you want more light intensive corals and will need to work with the lighting you have.

you can be able to get SPS if you upgrade to premium bulbs... ati blue+ and ati purple+ FTW!...

Not a big fan of sps, they just don't do it for me except for some Acropora

sounds like plenty for what you want to keep if your tank was deeper you may want to consider more. I like your dimensions sounds like a great tank!
