LTA and BTAs...

i know that LTAs have a nasty chemical warefare ability to kill off all other nems in tanks so i was wondering if it is possible to keep these guys in a tank together with BTAs...i love my BTAs but i've always wanted a freakin purple LTA...how sweet is that? and if they can coexist how far should i keep them from each other?

The BTA's will kill the LTA's. We had one of each at opposite ends of our 165g and the RBTA would move all the time and head straight for the LTA, we would stop it DAILY!! One day we were out of the house for awhile so we tried to build a rock wall across the middle of the tank, came home and the LTA was dead and the BTA was in its place!
