fishbase says they max out at 7.7 cm so pretty small assuming that's correct. usually the Caribbean halichoeres are larger and therefore behave more like thalassomas and not good reef inhabitants, but 7.7 cm is like 3" so it should be exceedingly invert safe
someone asked about them semi recently and eatbreakfast and evolved on r2r had never seen them collected in the hobby so i doubt anyone has experience with them. i wonder what changed where they're now being collected
