I have an Adult Achilles Tang - Approx 7". Got along fine with 10 other tangs. But I like really tiny fish, and this guy was a dick to lil tiny fish. Most people with big tangs don't have lots of tiny 1-2" fish - But I do - and this guy thought they were chase targets.
Some people have asked about ich. I have been keeping Achilles for 11 years now and in that time had 3 different Achilles. They all have had ich come and go. They may look perfect for a week and then all of a sudden they have spots for a day, or even a few hours. I have seen Achilles go from clean to spots and to clear again in a matter of 8 hours. This one is the same way. I have 150+ fish in the 750g Display and this was the only fish to show spots.
He went into the 750g tank in January. He eats everything - Flake, Pellet, Frozen, Nori. He was caught on Tuesday and moved to the 180g outdoor frag tank. But he's not happy in there. So I would like to find him a nice big home with no tiny fish for him to flourish in.
He needs at least an 8' tank with high flow. This guy would sit in front of the Panta Rhei ECM63 and the Abyzz Flow Cannon Outputs and just cruise the blast from those pumps. If you don't have at least 8' of tank, please don't inquire about this fish. An Achilles is a fast moving active fish and can cover the length of an 8' tank in the literal blink of an eye. Anything smaller will lead this fish to stress and anxiety and it will not be happy.

Last week I offerred a Regal Angel and some scammer stole the picture and was trying to sell the fish as me. Taking deposits on a fish he didn't own.
I will NOT ask for a deposit on the Achilles. I will NOT ship the Achilles. If you're interested you come see the fish - If you like the Achilles and want to give it a new home - THEN YOU PAY FOR THE FISH. I have an (818) area code cell phone with a 601 prefix.
