Hi, when I bought my MH light fixture, the guy gave me an additional halide bulb saying it is new, but the bulb has white coating on both sides and brown spot or hue in the middle, he said it is new. How do I know a MH light bulb is new or used?
As a 2nd hand buyer. U have no way to tell it is new or old. Unles u have a par meter and another new light. Take reedings with a par meter of both lights.
