Mitsubishi 52" DLP TV

I know this might be a bit far for most, but I'm selling my 52" Mitsubishi DLP TV. I bought a 65" so this one has to go. It's in great condition, just replaced the bulb less than a year ago. It is a 720p/1080i resolution with HDMI, components, ect....

I'm in Menifee (near Murrieta/Temecula). Selling on CL too.

I'm asking $700 OBO.
