The time has come to take this tank down. I'm taking it down 2 weeks from today's D I wanted to take pictures before I loose all my colors. In all my years in this hobby I've never gotten these results with color, growth, or water chemistry.

Picks from this morning

Found a slug this morning.

And the fish

But even with all this I still have algae issues

I've been dosing Tech M and that seemed to help a little but it's still there! I've been looking in to an ATS. Maybe I'll pull the trigger on one.

That would make more sense since I don't have high phosphates or nitrates. I really don't care about the back wall it's the frag racks that I'm worried about.

Yeah they get everywhere. My nano has a lot of algea. In 2 weeks it was gone. If you go to JDEllis you can get them pretty cheap. I'd get like 20 of them.

I can attest to the crazy quick growth on this tank. Not looking forward to the breakdown. We have to put a good plan in place beforehand.

My plan is to have the water in buckets and all the live stock in a serilite with a heater and small power head by the time you get here. That way we just un assemble and load

NO!!!!!!!! I got one a few years ago and it didn't eat the algae. All it did was die and crash my tank. The algae seems to be dying off
