Very cool and very normal..in the wild, not only do clowns take refuge in nems but so do some cardinals and also some other common species of damselfish.

+1 on the normal comments. Saw this behavior first hand diving in Indonesia years ago. They hang out in both the long spined urchins as well as anemones.

Very cool yeah he hangs out there all the time. Been doing this since my nem decided to change locations 2 weeks ago. I was worried he was going to get eaten at first.
