Nice pickup. Cool looking fish. Tiiiiny!
Thank you. I couldn't resist when it showed up on Diver's Den two weeks ago. I would love to get a male for her but with limited tank space and desire for biodiversity I may just let her turn male in due time, and add a different fish to my tank.

Watching her turn male would be a cool experience as well. Is it guaranteed over time though?

I think she'll turn female Eric. I have a pair of pintail wrasse, even with the male in there, my female is turning male already.
That's a nice score. Wish I could afford the male diamond tail flasher. Did you see the one Reef Lounge just got in? Stunning!!

Thanks buddy :)
I haven't been to Reef Lounge lately so I haven't seen it. I'd love to get myself another wrasse but I'm afraid I may not have any more room for any fish. 2QTs, both full before they get released to DT.

About 1-2 weeks ago I broke down my 60 gallon and transferred the wrasse to a smaller tank. I didn't see him and could never figure out what happened. Well today I was cleaning up around the tank and found an expensive fish stick. At least I know what happened to the wrasse. It jumped. New tank had an egg crate lid but that wasn't enough. RIP wrasse
