We need a well orchistrated plan of attack. We are moving 100's of animals that haven't moved an inch in eight years. This is going to require every ice chest we own. You are going to need a place ready to take it. Even if we only move a couple at a time your system needs to be ready. How much room do you currently have? Are you going to set up the 180 prior to the transfer?
If we move my 55 with all the rock in it, and cut it off from the rest of my system, it's overflow and hang-on filter a lot of animals could go with it in just a couple days. Heck, I've got a 55 gallon drum we can move water in as well as all my 5 gallons. I guess what I'm saying is we can get started when you are ready.
I would prefer they go to water they know and that can be done best by moving my 55 to your house with it's own water and filter intact.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to move euphelia that each have more than 25 heads that look like giant glow-in-the-dark foot balls? (see my avatar)
