Maybe fab up some little brackets where you can mount them to the top of your t5 fixture? There are two hole on top of each side where you hung the fixture right, The kessils can hang off one of those holes on each side...

can you strap it along your light bar and make it come over your t5 fixture??? Nice water fall !!! Did you build that yourself?
Ok, I am going to try them out tmr. The hangers are lamp trees fr Cadlights.

I think the best place to mount those kessil are on my tank.
U got a nice ati and led reefbrite led bar already bud.

This is very good feedbacks too. Thx.

It will be a good mod if I drilled two holes with the diameter of the Kessil and take out two middle bulbs and rework all the wiring just for four bulbs. This will be a very cool ATI/Kessil hybrid light.

I repositioned the mounting of both Kessils to the side end of the tank. They looked little better, but less light to the tank. All lighting equipment still looked quite busy and not aesthetically to the top of the tank. The shimmering is so unreal. I am thinking about getting one more Kessil and take down the T5. With three A350W Kessils for a 48" long tank. These Kessils should provide enough light for a mixed reef tank, any thoughts.

Nice System! I'm considering the Kessils A350W when I set up a new system.. From what I've been reading
3 should be sufficient for a 48" tank
Yes, three would be nice for a 48" long dt.

oh and do you have it hooked up to a controller for ramp times? hows that workin for you?
I'm still running on an old school timer for this pair of Kessils.

I took down the ATI t5 tonite to try out just the Kessil leds. It is so much more openness to the top of the tank and also shows the sexiness of the rimless Cadlights tank. The shimmering of these two Kessils even more pronounce without the t5...will see how things are responding to the Kessils for the next few weeks or even months.

Adding another one would be better for a longer tank like yours. Adding two more would be awesome. No shadow for your sticks. You get more coverage by having the lights higher up off the water like you have them now but I think you may be sacrificing par for the pieces midway to lower in the tank. I run two 360 on a 24" cube and have them 4-5" off the water and they ramp up to 90%+ during peak. No problem growing sticks. :)

I must confessed that I have been a compulsive buyer lately. I have bought a few cool things for my tank: RKE, two AI Hydras, AI Director, and two mp40w's. And yes, I could not made up my mind and changed my lighting again, lol.

Here are a couple of picture for my new led units in actions.
