The process is:

Cut eggcrate panels to apply foam to

place anything you want in the foam on the eggcrate and then foam around it (I'm using some dried rock for tunnels and Great Stuff foam

Cover foam in epoxy and spinkle with sand and crushed coral for more natural look and to protect the foam from UV (I'm using Epoxy)

Should of used the black pond foam. I did and I looked pretty good. It's going to take forever to get rid of the white foam color

I had a bad po4 problem when I had a foam wall.

But I have faith in his algae turf scrubber to remove them out.

I had a foam wall in my old 60g cube and the only problem I had with it was that it floated! I think your going to have the same problem with yours, thats a lot of foam and its going to need a lot of weight to keep it down. Other than that it looks good.

I did the same to my build but used the black pond foam, looks good ill try to put a pic up of my wall.

Still cycling but getting there, can't wait to start putting livestock in my tank, n thanx glad u like..
