Not the prettiest fish. They will eat any food but most importantly they also like aptasia I don't have any zoas but I do have lots of LPS, bubble coral, frog spawn, Duncan's , chalices, favias etc. they have already started munching on those dreaded aptasia. Cleaned out my sump
And now in the display tank

if I'm not mistaken, they are a type of silver scat?
Exactly, silver scat. They start out in brackish water as babes and end up in saltwater as adults. Acclimation apparently can be anything from slow over a day or two or dumping them in the reef tank. They scientific name basically describes them as eaters of anything. Pretty inexpensive as well.

Very cool! How long have you had them? The aiptasia in my tank are starting to get out of control, and I'm in the market for something to eat them.
